Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Recruitment
Industry: NBFC / Financial Services
Location: Kerala
Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
Expertise in volume hiring and branch-level recruitment.
Experience in hiring for Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations and Managerial positions.
Robust sourcing capabilities and an established candidate network within the financial services industry.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment mandates, hiring targets and timely closures.
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience in Gold Loan NBFCs and Financial Services organisations.
