The Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive project controls leadership across planning, scheduling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and performance reporting for EPC and capital projects. The role ensures projects are executed within approved cost and schedule baselines through effective monitoring, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of project control best practices, while delivering accurate forecasting, commercial insights, and management information to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage detailed baseline project schedules covering all phases, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project objectives and execution plans.
- Additionally, you will monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify variances, track performance metrics, and implement timely corrective actions to achieve planned targets.
- Furthermore, you will perform critical path analysis, evaluate schedule risks and delays, assess their impact on project timelines, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation strategies.
- Meanwhile, you will coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction,



and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, schedule integration, and effective communication across all project functions.
- Consequently, you will plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support project requirements and milestone achievement.
- Moreover, you will manage schedule updates and scope changes, evaluate their impact on project timelines and deliverables, and maintain accurate planning records in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Finally, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance updates while supporting project controls and cost management activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, along with 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
