The role will report into the Founder, and also work alongside the Fractional Marketing Director.

About you

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a B2B environment, working for a UK or US head quartered business. You will have an excellent understanding of digital marketing, specifically content creation, community building, events and email automation. This position will challenge you to develop and use your ideas to play an significant part in the continued growth of an exciting company.

The role:

- SEO – content planning, on page optimisations, identification of technical fixes which can be briefed to our dev or implemented using claude,



building off page authority through backlinks and citations, creating new well optimised content
- LLM visibility
- Creating automations using apollo to drive leads from intent segments
- Creating nurture campaigns
- Community management
- Social content planning and execution
- Responding to comments / requests
- Strategies to grow the AWA community online, including developing thought provoking content, and creating useful debates for our audience
- Running Direct Response (email) campaigns - understanding the appropriate data selections and how to build communication programmes to drive a response and deliver commercial value
- Marketing Materials - Producing marketing materials such as one pagers, brochures, emails and other digital assets in line with briefs
- Ensuring all communications are developed in line with the sign off process and ensuring budgets are adhered too
- Website Management - Producing and uploading content to the website, updating existing content in line with trends and business updates
- Analyse content performance and make recommendations on how to improve using tools such as Google search console, AH refs and google analytics, website and analysing performance

Skills / experience required:

- 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing
- Experience in building and engaging communities
- Firsthand experience of using a CMS to update websites (ideally Wordpress)
- Proven depth of SEO knowledge
- Proven ability of building automated CRM campaigns, ideally using Apollo
- Understanding of how to extract data and insights from Google Analytics
- Ability to draft and review content (B2B)
- Understanding of how to run data selections and direct response campaigns
- Simple design capability eg Canva, illustrator
- Able to create video content
