Key Responsibilities

Product & Tool Design:

- Develop 3D models and mold/tool designs
- Prepare and release engineering drawings

New Product Development & Validation:
- Support DFM analysis and design validation
- Execute and coordinate Current Product Development & Validation tasks as per plan and standard procedures

General

- Support manpower and task allocation within the assigned Design and Development area
- Follow safety, 5S and quality standards and guide juniors on compliance
- Maintain accurate records and reports for Design and Development activities

Key Skills

- CAD/3D Modeling - Expert / subject matter expert
- Mold/Tool Design - Expert / subject matter expert
- Simulation (Moldflow/CAE) - Advanced proficiency
- Prototyping & Validation - Advanced proficiency
- Customer Drawing Interpretation (GD&T;) - Advanced proficiency
- DFM/DFA - Working proficiency
- Engineering Change Management - Working proficiency
