About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Content Strategist with 4-6 years of experience in developing and executing social media content strategies across multiple social platforms, with a strong emphasis on YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of platform-specific content strategies, audience engagement, content planning, and execution. Experience working with government organisations or government-led projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Lead YouTube content strategy, including content formats, video concepts, content calendars, scripting, and execution.
- Conceptualise platform-specific content formats, including long-form videos, Shorts, reels, carousels, and other relevant formats.
- Translate organisational objectives into effective content strategies that align with communication goals and target audiences.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging and platform-specific execution.




- Collaborate with creative, design, video production, and account management teams to ensure seamless implementation of content strategies.
- Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour, and content performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Use analytics and audience insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement and reach.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and platform best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in social media content strategy and execution.
- Strong expertise in YouTube content strategy, planning, and execution, alongside experience across other social media platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing platform-specific content strategies.
- Hands-on experience in content ideation, conceptualisation, scripting, planning, and execution.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific content formats.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills.
