Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda. This role involves leading and overseeing civil design and execution for industrial and commercial projects, including structural, site development, and infrastructure works. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will manage planning and scheduling of civil works, monitor construction quality,



and resolve technical issues at site. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting tenders and technical proposals, and contributing to cost-effective, practical engineering solutions.

Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience.
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, with experience applying them to industrial and commercial projects.
- Demonstrated experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, with the ability to lead, guide, and coordinate engineering activities.
- Proficiency in Planning and project scheduling for civil works, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure planning and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Hands-on experience with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Proven background in site supervision, quality control, and construction safety practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in EPC or industrial infrastructure projects in North India is an advantage.
