We are looking for a hands-on Pega Business Analyst with robust experience in Pega/PRPC to work on customer engagement and decisioning initiatives for a leading banking organization.

The ideal candidate will work directly with business stakeholders, understand and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and act as the bridge between business and Pega technical teams.

Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) is highly preferred. However, candidates with strong Pega/PRPC Business Analysis experience and a willingness to develop their CDH expertise are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Work independently with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for Pega teams.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, BRDs/FRDs, and related BA documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Support Pega/CDH solution discussions, testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
- Provide recommendations around customer experience,



customer communications, engagement, and business value.
- Contribute to customer decisioning, personalization, campaign management, and Next Best Action initiatives.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.

What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Pega/PRPC projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
