Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full time, remote role responsible for driving data-informed decisions and optimizing business processes across Kaya AI’s construction intelligence platform. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear, actionable specifications for product, engineering, and operations teams.

The Senior Business

Analyst will map and improve end-to-end business processes, identify efficiency gaps, and propose solutions that enhance user experience and operational performance. Day-to-day activities include conducting stakeholder interviews, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing reports and dashboards,



and supporting implementation and change management efforts. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that product features and workflows align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, trends, and metrics to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in business process modeling, optimization, and documentation across multiple functional areas.
- Expertise in defining and managing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product and technology teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Background in construction, supply chain, or SaaS/AI platforms is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution.
