Salary: ₹12–15 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Commissions

Working Hours: 4:30 AM – 1:45 PM IST

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior BD Manager - Digital Marketing Sales to convert inbound, warm, and cold leads into paying international clients.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience selling digital marketing services to international businesses, exceptional English communication skills, and a strong track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert inbound, warm, and cold leads into paying clients.
- Sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and other marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, proposal discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Communicate directly with business owners and decision-makers across Australia, the USA, UK, and other international markets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Handle sales objections, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.




- Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international digital marketing sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of closing digital marketing service deals with international clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, PPC, and recurring digital marketing services.
- Experience handling Australian, US, UK, or other international clients.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in an Australian shift.
