Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and practical experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for variance analysis, trend analysis, and decision support in a dynamic business workplace.




- Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, statutory reports, and support for audits.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present financial insights, and interact with external partners.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation basics, and regulatory requirements applicable in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
