Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end project delivery, from concept development and schematic design through detailed drawings and construction oversight. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing presentations and technical documentation, reviewing and guiding junior team members’ work, and conducting site visits to monitor construction progress.

The Senior

Architect will also participate in design reviews, manage project communication,



and contribute to improving design processes and standards within the studio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, such as scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess relevant Integration skills, including coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Candidates should possess Software Development–adjacent skills where applicable, such as familiarity with design and BIM tools and ability to work with technical integrations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with professional registration or eligibility preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD, sketchup, photoshop and presentation tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from design through construction, ideally within both architecture and interior design contexts.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and conduct regular site visits; experience with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
