Role Description The Senior Advocate will handle complex resale property matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to sale, purchase, and transfer of property rights.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed title searches, performing due diligence, advising clients on legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable property and registration laws. The role will collaborate closely with in-house loan and registration teams to coordinate MOUs, agreement to sale, sale deed registration, and related documentation.

The Senior

Advocate will represent clients before relevant authorities when needed, provide clear legal opinions,



and help design standardized processes for repeatable, high-quality service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in property law, contract law, and civil procedures, with practical experience in resale property transactions.
- Proficiency in title search, due diligence, and assessment of legal risks related to land and building ownership.
- Advanced skills in legal drafting and review of MOUs, agreements to sale, sale deeds, and related documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with registration authorities, financial institutions, and housing societies for end-to-end transaction support.
- Excellent client consultation skills, including clear communication of complex legal concepts and options.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Relevant professional qualification: LL.B. from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is required.
- Several years of post-qualification experience in real estate or property law; prior work in Pune or Maharashtra jurisdiction is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (such as Marathi and Hindi) for effective interaction with clients and authorities.
