Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ankleswar, responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial accounting and reporting activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.

Accountant will handle taxation and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements, and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.



Day-to-day tasks involve managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cost accounting related to manufacturing operations, and monitoring cash flow and budgeting. The role also supports management with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and process improvements to strengthen financial controls and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, finalization of accounts, and preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
- Experience in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, as well as coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills for reconciliations, analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and budgeting activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and internal controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operations, management, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce.
- 5-10 years experience required.
- Candidate should be located in Ankleshwar/Bharuch.
