Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at one of Lords Hotels & Resorts properties in Punjab, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, including monitoring entrances and exits, supervising security staff, and ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed.

The Security

Supervisor conducts regular patrols of the property, responds to incidents and emergencies, maintains reports and logs, and coordinates with hotel management on risk prevention and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves training security personnel, supporting guest safety and comfort, and working closely with front-office and operations teams to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Qualifications





- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and scheduling security teams, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
- Solid understanding of physical security practices, including access control, surveillance, patrolling, and emergency response protocols.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and external agencies, and to prepare explicit reports and documentation.
- Customer service skills to manage guest concerns professionally, promote a sense of safety, and maintain a courteous presence at all times.
- Operations management awareness, including incident management, coordination with hotel departments, and adherence to safety and security policies.
- Prior experience in hospitality, security services, or a related field; experience in hotel security is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and basic first aid; additional security or safety certifications are beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, remain alert for extended periods, and handle stressful situations calmly and fairly.

Salary Package : 20,000-25,000 as per Experience and for deserving candidate.
