Role Description

We’re hiring a SDET to build scalable automation frameworks, strengthen API and backend test coverage, and improve product quality. You’ll also contribute to internal AI-assisted QA initiatives for test generation, bug analysis, and automation reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain API and backend automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
- Own functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for key product features.




- Integrate automated tests into Jenkins or GitHub Actions pipelines, with clear reporting through Allure.
- Implement effective mocking, retries, parallel execution, test data strategies, and workplace management.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to identify risks and improve coverage.
- Review AI-generated tests and bug analysis, and build validation checks and regression guardrails

Required Skills

- 1+ years of hands-on test automation experience, with a strong API/backend focus.
- Strong programming skills in Python/Pytest with TestNG/JUnit.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication, and negative testing.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, Git, and automation framework development.
- Understanding of test isolation, mocking, tagging, and reliable test data management.

Good to Have

Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, scalable test infrastructure, or AI-assisted testing and LLM/agent workflows.
