Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of global compensation programs. In this role, you will align business strategy with technical solutions, oversee governance, and mentor implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture &
- Design
- Lead end-to-end design for salary planning, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives in SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Translate complex HR requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, and integrations (Employee Central, Performance &
- Goals, and external systems).
- Implementation &
- Process Optimization
- Drive configuration, testing, deployment, and cycle automation while ensuring global and local regulatory compliance.
- Establish governance standards, documentation, data security, and audit controls.

- Stakeholder Management &
- Leadership

- Partner with HR, Compensation,



and IT leaders as a trusted advisor on compensation technology.
- Mentor functional consultants/analysts and manage vendor and third-party implementation partners.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years in HR technology, with 5+ years dedicated to SuccessFactors Compensation design and large-scale global implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation, along with working knowledge of Employee Central and Performance Management integration points.
- Business Acumen &
- Communication: Robust grasp of compensation structures and incentive programs; proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technology with business strategy.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
