Role ObjectiveTo implement and support integrated SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes, ensuring seamless coordination between order management, delivery, transportation planning, and execution.

Role Description

- Configure and support SAP SD processes, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.
- Configure and support SAP TM functionalities covering transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, tendering, and freight settlement.
- Enable integration between SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), and SAP TM for seamless order-to-delivery operations.
- Support transportation requirements arising from sales orders and deliveries, including freight unit creation, transportation planning, and execution.
- Manage route planning, capacity utilization, carrier management, freight costing, and transportation charges.
- Support integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, and warehouse processes where required.
- Conduct requirement gathering, functional configuration, gap analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.




- Participate in SIT, UAT, data validation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot integration and production issues across SD and TM while driving process improvements.

Desired Profile

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP TM implementation and support.

- Valuable knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and transportation management processes.
- Experience with sales orders, pricing, delivery processing, shipping, billing, and returns.
- Strong understanding of freight units, freight orders, transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, and freight settlement.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with SAP TM, including delivery-based transportation planning and execution.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and embedded TM preferred.
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, integration troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
