Job Title: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Chennai / Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- 10+ Yrs hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, or other relevant modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll.
- Experience in configuration, customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM.




- Ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
- Willingness to work onsite from Chennai or Coimbatore.
- Must be comfortable working exclusively in US time zones (Night Shift).
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
