Role Description The SAP GTS Trainer will deliver structured, instructor-led training sessions focused on SAP Global Trade Services concepts, configuration, and business processes for learners at various experience levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and case studies, conducting classroom sessions, organizing practical exercises, and assessing participant progress through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with the academic and operations teams to refine curricula, ensure alignment with current industry practices, and provide guidance and mentoring to learners.

Additional tasks include documenting training outcomes,



offering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of course content and delivery methods. This is a full-time, in office role based in Rudrapur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in SAP functional areas such as SAP FICO and Materials Management, with an understanding of how these integrate with SAP GTS-related processes.
- Candidates should possess proven training and facilitation skills, including the ability to design curricula, create learning materials, and deliver clear, engaging classroom sessions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of end-to-end business processes, especially those related to trade compliance, finance, and supply chain operations.
- Candidates should possess consulting-oriented skills, including requirement gathering, solution explanation, and the ability to translate complex SAP concepts into practical business scenarios.
- Relevant experience in SAP implementation or support projects, particularly involving trade compliance or global trade functionalities, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Commerce) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse learner groups and internal teams.
- Ability to stay updated with evolving enterprise technology trends and continuously enhance training content to reflect current industry practices.
