Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in SAP financial closing and reporting processes.
- Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects and global rollout/support engagements.
- Experience in AMS/support projects with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
- Experience with FSCM, Treasury Management, BCM, Group Reporting, Central Finance, Recent GL, and Parallel Ledgers.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
