Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP IBP for Response and Supply (Response Planning) and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP). The candidate should have strong knowledge of supply planning, response planning, allocation planning, and constraint-based planning, along with experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP IBP for Response and Supply / aATP to support supply and response planning processes.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Design and optimize supply planning algorithms, including heuristic and optimizer-based planning.
- Configure allocation planning and constraint-based planning.
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and external data sources.
- Develop and maintain planning models, key figures, and analytics using SAP Fiori and Excel UI.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.




- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance for demand-supply balancing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, inventory, and procurement.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP for Response and Supply / Response Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).
- Robust understanding of supply planning and response planning processes.
- Experience with heuristic and optimizer-based planning.
- Hands-on experience in allocation planning and constraint-based planning.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Knowledge of planning models, key figures, SAP Fiori, and Excel UI.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Experience in SAP IBP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
