Role Overview

Looking for an experienced SAP CRM 7.0 Techno-Functional Consultant to support an existing customized SAP CRM landscape, handling ABAP development, Web UI enhancements, production support, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and external applications.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI/WebClient UI configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent ABAP debugging and development skills, including Z-programs, Reports, Function Modules, BADI, User Exits, and Enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture: BOL/GenIL, Component Framework, Controllers, Context Nodes, and Views.
- Experience analysing custom developments, business logic, dependencies, and production issues.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware, APIs, Web Services, and CRM–ERP/S/4HANA integration.
- Experience in root-cause analysis, interface troubleshooting, application logs, and performance issues.

Mandatory Functional Skills
- Good understanding of SAP CRM Service processes and business transactions.
- Knowledge of transaction types, status management, partner determination, and organizational data.




- Understanding of Business Partner Management, Dealer/ASC processes, and employee responsibility.
- Knowledge of product master data, serial number validation, and service transaction dependencies.
- Understanding of SAP CRM pricing and condition techniques.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and identify configuration, development, or integration-related issues.

Preferred Skills
- SAP CRM 7.0 EHP4 and NetWeaver 7.5.
- CRM Middleware replication, queues, and CRM–ERP integration.
- REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and SAP Gateway/OData.
- SAP S/4HANA integration and production deployment experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Debug and resolve SAP CRM 7.0 technical and production issues.
- Develop and enhance Web UI components, ABAP programs, custom reports, and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot CRM–S/4HANA and mobile application integrations.
- Analyse existing customizations and deliver technical enhancements or configuration fixes.
- Perform impact analysis, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
- Coordinate with business, functional, Basis, and integration teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and effort estimates.
