Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Aligarh. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product options, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment, tracking sales performance,



and maintaining up-to-date records in sales reports or CRM tools. The Salesperson will also gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement in products and services.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain product features and pricing clearly to diverse clients.
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting, documentation, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools to track leads, orders, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits in and around Aligarh, and manage time effectively to handle multiple accounts.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure accurate orders and high service quality.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or industrial products is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
