We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and manage end-to-end project delivery.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, planning, execution, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and release management.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, system integrations, and data migration.
? Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce security.
- Experience in enterprise integrations and data migration.
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory/preferred as per project requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
