We partner directly with the world’s top audiology brands—Phonak, Signia, Starkey, ReSound, Widex, and Oticon. We are a performance-driven company looking for leaders who want to scale revenue and build high-converting remote teams.
The Role:
We are looking for a hardcore, numbers-driven Sales Team Lead to take full ownership of our remote inside sales operations. You will manage a distributed team of sales executives, drive monthly revenue targets, organize our data pipelines, and personally step in to close high-ticket consultative sales.
What You Will Do:
- Virtual Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the sales team through daily virtual huddles, remote call monitoring, and real-time coaching over Zoom/Meet.
- - Data & Pipeline Management: Own the sales data. You will maintain our Google Workspace (Sheets) trackers, documenting individual rep performance, daily call volumes, and lead-to-close conversion ratios.
- - Revenue Accountability:
Take full ownership of the monthly target. Step in to handle customer escalations and close high-value premium device leads.
- - Consultative Selling: Ensure the team delivers empathetic, expert phone consultations tailored to customers investing in premium healthcare devices.
- Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in B2C inside sales or tele-sales, with at least 1 to 2 years actively managing and leading a remote or distributed team.
- - Industry Background: Prior experience selling high-ticket items, healthcare products, or medical devices is a massive advantage.
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
- - Skills: Highly analytical and proficient in Google Sheets/Excel. You manage by the numbers but lead with empathy.
