We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, and proactive Sales & Strategic Outreach Intern to build our business development and executive guest pipeline. Working directly with the leadership team, you will learn the mechanics of B2B prospecting, high-ticket partnership outreach, and executive network management. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Lead Research: Identify and qualify relevant CXOs, founders, practice heads, and enterprise brands across LinkedIn and corporate directories.
- Database Curation & Prospecting: Research and build targeted executive prospect lists from the ground up, verifying designations, company fit, and contact avenues.
- Outreach Execution: Draft and dispatch high-touch, personalized outreach notes across LinkedIn and email (without relying blindly on automated AI scripts).
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate, real-time pipeline tracker documenting active prospects, replies, follow-up cadences, and scheduled briefings.
- Executive Coordination: Coordinate with senior leaders and executive offices to schedule 10–15 minute introductory syncs and virtual briefings.
- Market Feedback & Intelligence:
Document prospect responses, objections, and ecosystem trends to help refine outreach collateral and conversation formats.
What We Are Looking For
- High-Quality Written English (Mandatory): Ability to write sharp, persuasive, professional messages tailored to corporate leaders (no generic AI output).
- Strong Interpersonal & Verbal Skills: Confident communicator who understands skilled etiquette and executive protocol.
- Basic Sales & Prospecting Instinct: Curiosity to understand company business models, map decision-makers, and nurture conversations.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Diligent with follow-up cadences, spreadsheets, and calendar coordination.
- Academic Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
