Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Officer will manage daily sales operations, build and maintain relationships with channel partners, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, negotiating and closing sales, and meeting revenue and distribution targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service,



resolving client queries, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance to support data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams for promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives will be an integral part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations skills, including territory management, target achievement, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience, including distributor management, retailer engagement, and trade promotion execution.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities, including relationship management, issue resolution, and after-sales support.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including identifying new accounts and converting opportunities into sales.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of local markets in and around Jaipur is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
