Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Officer will manage daily sales activities, including identifying prospects, generating leads, and building strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and institutional customers. This role includes conducting product presentations, negotiating terms, closing deals, and executing channel sales initiatives to expand market reach.

Officer will coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions,



and order processing, while maintaining accurate records of sales operations, customer feedback, and market trends. The position also involves providing responsive customer service, resolving issues, and supporting the continuous growth of Jusak Foods’ presence in the frozen food segment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on managing pipelines, tracking performance, and reporting results.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, prospecting, and converting opportunities into sales.
- Exposure to Channel Sales, distributor management, and retail or HORECA networks.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, food products, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel within assigned territory, and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and basic MS Office or CRM skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
