We're looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development, client acquisition and market expansion in Guwahati and across Northeast India.

THE ROLEPosition: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Guwahati, Assam (On-site)

Employment: Full time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Additional Earnings: Attractive, uncapped performance-based incentives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Generate Leads: Identify and connect with businesses, schools, colleges, hotels and potential corporate clients.
- Build Relationships: Conduct client meetings, networking, outbound calls and field visits.
- Present Solutions: Demonstrate software products, SaaS platforms and digital solutions.
- Drive Marketing: Plan and execute online and offline promotional activities.
- Close Deals: Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into customers.
- Grow Accounts: Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades and referrals.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing of related field.
- Excellent knowledge digital products, software, IoT and other latest technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Assamese and English.
- Hindi proficiency will be an advantage.
- Confidence in client interaction, presentations and negotiations.
