Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to develop recent business opportunities, generate leads, promote company products, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting sales calls and meetings, promoting technology solutions, preparing quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach new customers, businesses, corporate offices, schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals, and other potential clients.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and online platforms.
- Promote company products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

- Promote company products and services through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and direct customer visits.
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers for the company's technology solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and business proposals.




- Maintain a database of prospective customers and update lead status regularly.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Customer Relationship & Sales Coordination

- Communicate professionally with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Arrange meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details in coordination with the back-office or technical team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.

4. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, lead details, and follow-up records.
- Update customer information and sales opportunities in Excel sheets or CRM software.
- Track quotations, pending inquiries, confirmed orders, and sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding market feedback, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates in any discipline will be preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or IT product sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct field visits, meet customers, and develop new business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn about new technology products.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred for field sales activities.
