Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance against revenue goals.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role involves close collaboration with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

The Sales

Manager will also track market trends, prepare regular sales reports,



and recommend strategies to expand market presence for hanger products.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Robust skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and set realistic yet ambitious targets.
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with a focus on performance and professional development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing pipelines, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic business software to manage sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
