Role Description The Sales Assistant role at Orient Cars is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports the sales team in daily showroom operations, including greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through product features and pricing.

The Sales

Assistant helps prepare sales documentation, organizes test drives and vehicle displays, and follows up with potential customers through calls or messages.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records,



coordinating with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support, and ensuring the showroom is presentable and welcoming. The role involves working closely with sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

*Interest in Automobiles

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage with diverse customers and build trusting relationships.
- Transparent and confident communication skills to explain vehicle features, pricing, and processes in a simple, qualified manner.
- Basic sales skills, including understanding sales cycles, handling inquiries, and supporting closure of deals.
- Good organization skills to manage documentation, appointments, test drives, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in retail, automotive sales
