Hiring: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

About the Division

Meril’s 360° Infection Prevention Solutions Division offers an integrated portfolio across:

- AWC: Advanced Wound Care
- GWC: General Wound Care
- Infection Control & Sterilization Solutions
- Surgical Apparels & Drapes

Our solutions cater to hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions, supporting comprehensive infection prevention and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and market penetration for the complete 360° Infection Prevention portfolio.
- Develop relationships with surgeons, infection control teams, OT/CSSD staff, purchase teams and hospital management.
- Conduct product promotions, demonstrations, trials and CMEs with clinical and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and develop sustainable business.
- Identify recent business opportunities, key accounts and institutional tie-ups.
- Manage distributors, secondary sales, product availability and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain CRM updates,



sales reports and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Candidate Profile Experience: 2–6 years in Medical Devices, Wound Care, Infection Control, Surgical Disposables or Hospital Solutions.

Qualification:

- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hospital sales and key account management skills.
- Understanding of OT, ICU and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
