Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition and onboard key enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead sales negotiations, deal closures, and account growth.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
- Mandatory experience in the E-commerce industry, particularly Shipping, Logistics or Aggregator businesses.
- Prior team management experience is essential.
- Robust business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
