Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the intern will support the sales team by identifying prospects, assisting with outreach, and maintaining customer records in CRM tools. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, explaining hosting solutions to potential customers, scheduling and participating in client meetings, and preparing basic sales reports and presentations.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, provide feedback from customers, and help refine sales approaches. The role also involves learning core sales processes, participating in training sessions, and contributing to customer service and account follow-up activities.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support, prospect qualification, and understanding of basic sales cycles.
- Candidates should possess interest or experience in Training and Sales Management concepts, such as following structured sales methodologies and participating in coaching sessions.
- Candidates should possess positive organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Greater Kolkata Area, with readiness for both in-office collaboration and independent work from home.
- Basic understanding of web hosting or willingness to quickly learn technical concepts related to domains, servers, and website performance.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and email) and openness to learning CRM or sales software.
