Montdor Interior is an interior design and turnkey execution company. We design and deliver complete homes, from concept to handover, for clients across Gujarat and Mumbai. We're expanding our Mumbai region team and hiring a Sales Executive for Thane.
What you'll do
- Meet homeowners who come in as leads, understand their needs and budget, and take them from first meeting to signed order
- Present designs, quotations and our home packages clearly and confidently
- Work closely with the design team so proposals match what the client wants
- Follow up regularly and keep every lead and meeting updated in our CRM
- Build referral relationships with architects, builders and past clients in Thane and nearby areas
- Meet monthly sales targets
What we're looking for
- Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience in sales – mandatory
- Preferred: sales experience in interiors, modular kitchens and furniture, real estate, home furnishing or building materials
- Valuable communication in English and Hindi; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus
- Comfortable handling high-value, consultative sales and client meetings
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
