Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach retailers, grocery stores, kirana shops, and local markets.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers in the General Trade market.
- Promote Doodhvale Farms' dairy products, including milk, paneer, curd, and other dairy products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, manage orders, and ensure effective sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and daily market visit records.

Skills

- Experience in General Trade (GT) sales within the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Knowledge of local markets, retail distribution, and sales processes.
- Target-oriented approach with strong relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and market visits.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in General Trade, FMCG, or dairy sales.
- Experience selling dairy products or fast-moving consumer goods preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred.
