Job Overview:

We are seeking a target-driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our products/services to prospective clients, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, and inbound leads.

• Client Engagement: Pitch and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to address their specific pain points.

• Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing and contracts to finalize deals while maintaining healthy profit margins. • Relationship Management: Maintain explicit communication and long-term relationships with existing accounts to secure renewals and upselling opportunities.

• Pipeline & CRM Management:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer contacts in the CRM system.

• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication. • Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly / Quarterly Sales Targets (Revenue generated).
- Conversion Rate (Leads to closed deals).
- Call/Meeting volume and pipeline growth.
