About the role

Auzaie is an Indian technology and creative company. We build custom software, CRMs, websites, AI and automation tools, and produce films and brand content for businesses. As a Sales Partner (commission-only), you'll find new clients, pitch our services and close deals. Our team handles demos, delivery and support, so your focus is opening doors and closing.

Commission: 10% recurring on monthly clients (gradually going down to 4%), and 10% of first-year profit on yearly clients, then 5% every year after. There's no earning cap. Commission is paid once the client's payment reaches Auzaie.

Trial: close at least one client worth ₹10,000+ within your first 3 days. If you do, you get a long-term partner contract.

What success looks like: you bring in new clients every month, build a group of recurring clients who keep paying you commission, and become a long-term partner who grows with Auzaie. This role is the main growth engine of the company, because you're the first point of contact between Auzaie and new businesses.

Responsibilities

- Find and generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, in-person visits and your own network
- Pitch Auzaie's software, websites, AI solutions, films and production services to business owners and decision-makers




- Understand each client's needs and match them with the right Auzaie service
- Book and attend demo calls with the Auzaie team, and follow up until the deal closes
- Negotiate and close deals using Auzaie's pricing and proposals
- Keep a simple record of leads, follow-ups and closed deals, and share updates with the founder
- Maintain good relationships with clients you bring in, to encourage renewals and referrals
- Represent Auzaie professionally and honestly in every conversation

- Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Confidence with cold calling, WhatsApp outreach and meeting people in person
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, insurance, real estate or similar (preferred, not required)
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude, and comfort with a commission-only structure
- An existing network of business owners is a robust advantage
- Basic understanding of software, websites or digital services is helpful, and we'll train you
- Students, freshers and experienced sales professionals are all welcome
- Your own smartphone and internet connection
