Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to sell our HMIS software to healthcare providers and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and approach hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic centres
- Conduct product demos for doctors,
administrators, and hospital owners
- Understand client needs and recommend the right HMIS solution
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA or healthcare background is a plus)
- 0-1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HMIS, healthcare IT, or SaaS
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of hospital workflows is an added advantage
