Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, target-oriented and experienced Sales Cum Leasing & Telecalling Executive to manage sales inquiries, handle telecalling activities, generate prospective clients, and support commercial leasing and sales closures at Vivacity.

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

- Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Call potential retailers, brands, investors, business owners, and commercial property buyers.
- Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Schedule client meetings and property site visits.

2. Sales & Leasing

- Promote available commercial spaces for sale and lease.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, rental terms, and investment opportunities.
- Identify potential tenants, retailers, franchise owners, and investors.




- Coordinate site visits and assist in client negotiations.
- Follow up with prospects and support successful sales and leasing closures.

3. CRM & Reporting

- Maintain and update the lead database and CRM.
- Track daily calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead management and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, leasing, or real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives on successful sales and leasing closures.
- Reporting To: Sales / Leasing Manager
