Kalpsutra Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator who can independently handle domestic sales coordination, customer communication, order processing, payment follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate pricing and order approvals with management, and verify purchase orders against approved prices and commercial terms.
- Process sales orders, send order confirmations, and enter enquiries and orders into the Aira system.
- Maintain sales records, customer details, order status, and reports in MS Excel.
- Coordinate material planning, availability, and order execution with factory, production, and monitoring units.
- Share dispatch schedules and shipment updates with customers, and send invoices, CR copies, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, factory, production, QC, and management to resolve material shortages, quality concerns, and delivery issues.




- Handle customer communication through emails and calls and resolve order- and dispatch-related queries.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments as per credit terms and review overdue payment reports.
- Manage sales documentation and email correspondence, ensuring proper record maintenance.
- Handle SEZ customer documentation, invoices, and Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) forms.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatches, and payments and provide updates to management.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in domestic sales operations, sales coordination, order processing, and dispatch management.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email correspondence, and ERP systems; Aira knowledge will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of payment follow-ups, commercial terms, and SEZ/DTA documentation will be preferred.
- Solid follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
