Role Description The Sales Associate role at PCI Holiday LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Manali.

The Sales

Associate will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their travel preferences, and recommend suitable holiday packages, accommodations, and services. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing detailed information about offerings, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and following up with guests to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with operations and reservations teams, assisting with promotional activities, and meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and a friendly, professional manner in person and over phone or messaging platforms.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience or interest in meeting targets, upselling services, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages or Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of email, office applications, and reservation or CRM systems; ability to learn current software quickly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and follow up promptly.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, or business is an added benefit.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manali, including weekends or holidays as business needs require, and maintain a professional appearance.
