Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting clients throughout their real estate decision-making process. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective buyers, explaining project features and pricing, conducting property showings, and following up on leads generated through various channels. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, preparing basic sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Associate will also participate in local marketing activities, build relationships with developers and clients, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation concepts, and investment fundamentals (training can be provided).
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software or CRM tools for client communication and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or consultative sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional, ethical approach to sales and commitment to delivering client-focused advice.
