Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Application Engineer specializing in lubrication solutions. The role involves identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate automatic lubrication systems and Oil Reconditioning systems, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

The Sales Application

Engineer will conduct site visits, perform application studies, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to design solutions that enhance equipment reliability. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations and trainings,



coordinating with OEMs and end users, and assisting in after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills to understand customer requirements, present solutions, and close opportunities.
- Technical Support experience with the ability to troubleshoot, recommend solutions, and assist customers in implementing lubrication systems.
- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering to interpret drawings, understand equipment design, and select appropriate lubrication solutions.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering sufficient to work with control panels, sensors, and integration of lubrication systems with existing equipment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Ability to conduct site visits, prepare technical documentation, and deliver explicit technical presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort with using basic engineering software, MS Office tools, and CRM or ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Prior experience in industrial lubrication, rotating equipment, or MRO products is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within the region for customer visits and on-site support.
