Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bramhapuri. This role involves promoting the bank’s products and services, generating new business, and supporting branch-level sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions.

The associate will assist in executing local marketing campaigns, conducting product presentations, and supporting training activities related to sales and customer service.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, achieving assigned sales targets, and collaborating with branch staff to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for customer interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality banking experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive product promotion, lead generation, and conversion.
