Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Heaven Group’s interior, infrastructure, and door solutions. Daily activities include conducting sales meetings, following up with leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The specialist will also support marketing campaigns,



assist in training team members on sales processes, and contribute to strategies that increase brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and continuous development of sales and customer-facing team members.
- Relevant experience in real estate, interiors, construction, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and use basic CRM and office software effectively.
