Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Uttarakhand, India. The specialist will identify and pursue current sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and end customers, and promote modular kitchen and wardrobe accessories and hardware. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, coordinating demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support.

The role involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives, tracking sales performance, preparing reports,



and supporting training activities for partners on product features and benefits. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and help shape sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand needs, and provide clear product information.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to support dealer networks, guide sales processes, and deliver basic product training.
- Relevant experience in hardware, home improvement, interior solutions, or a related industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region, and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
