Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, focusing on promoting Medevice’s healthcare and sports science solutions to institutions and professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing responsive customer service,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.

The specialist will contribute to marketing campaigns, assist in developing sales strategies, participate in trade shows and industry events, and provide training and product guidance to customers and partners. This position requires proactive engagement with clients, consistent follow-up, and accurate reporting on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively educate customers, internal teams, and partners on products and solutions.
- Candidates should have familiarity with healthcare, sports science, or related technology solutions (experience in medical devices or sports performance domains is an advantage).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office, traveling within the region as required, and meeting defined sales and marketing targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with fluency in English and relevant local languages, will be beneficial.
