About the Role
Parth Rubber Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Rubber Technologist to support rubber compound formulation, mixing process optimization, and production quality improvement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in rubber compounding, Banbury mixing, compound testing, and troubleshooting rubber manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare rubber compound formulations and optimize mixing stages.
Evaluate compound properties and modify formulations based on specifications and test results.
Monitor compound viscosity and ensure consistency in rubber properties.
Support recent compound development, project trials, and large-scale production implementation.
Develop and improve processes for rubber compound design and mixing.
Analyze non-conforming batches, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions and product disposition with the R&D; team.
Troubleshoot Banbury mixing and other rubber processing issues.
Prepare monthly compound trend reports and analyze process performance.
